INSTRUCTIONS TO QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT AT PLANT LEVEL :

The Quality Assurance Deptt. has been reactivated. The Quality Assurance Executive of your Unit will be regularly monitoring the quality aspect of the cement and weight of the bags dispatched. The aim is to ensure that the quality of cement dispatched is with Zero defect quality and zero defect weight and above CCI's norms so as to ensure that every bag we dispatch needs to have quality in appearance of bags, its weight and quality of cement carried. Our focus is not only on the quality of cement dispatched but on the consistency of the high quality cement dispatched. We may further
add that the Quality Assurance Executive will be carrying out regular checks and analysis of various raw materials, intermediate products and final products in order to have additional quality checks. The Quality Assurance Executive will send his weekly report to HOD (Operation/Project)., Corporate Office.
