The position of vacancies at Sl. No. 1 are at three operating units i.e. Bokajan(Assam), Rajban(Himachal Pradesh) and Tandur(Andhra Pradesh) and for Sl. Nos. 2 & 3 are at Bokajan Cement Factory(Assam)/Silchar Cement Grinding Unit Project.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
General Manager
Degree in Engineering from a recognized Institute or equivalent. The incumbent should have at least 18 years relevant executive experience, out of which at least one year experience should be in the next below pay scale in Public Sector Undertaking or equivalent. Persons should have technical and managerial experience in the areas of operation and maintenance of large size dry process cement plant. The incumbent should have worked in a large size cement plant for at least 4 years at senior managerial position. Cross functional knowledge of various facets of cement industry with a flair for analytical working will be desirable.
Dy. General Manager(Projects)
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute or equivalent. The individual should have adequate experience of heading a large size managerial and project execution skill with minimum 14 years experience in the line, out of which at least one year should be in the next below pay scale in Public Sector Undertaking or equivalent responsibility at a senior position of equivalent status in operation & maintenance and project implementation of dry process cement plant/steel/power. Preference shall be given to those having experience in cement industry.
Manager(Mech.)
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute or equivalent having minimum 8 years experience in erection, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of plant & machinery in process industry like cement/steel/fertilizer/power, out of which at least one year should be in the next below pay scale in Public Sector Undertaking or equivalent responsibility. Preference shall be given to those having experience in dry process cement plant
ALLOWANCES & PERKS
Besides Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Dearness Pay, Performance Related Pay, other attractive perks like CPF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, LTC, Medical Reimbursement, North East Allowance(for Bokajan/Silchar Grinding Unit Project based employees), HRA, subsidised accommodation, electricity, as applicable, are also offered.
Reservation and age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be applicable as per Govt. Rules.
Outstation candidates called for interview for the post of General Manager/DGM(Projects) shall be paid to & fro AC 2 tier Rail fare and those called for the post of Manager(Mech.) shall be paid AC 3 tier Rail fare/Bus fare by the shortest route on submission of ticket/PNR no.
